Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching is a collaborative, reflective process. While many clients experience increased clarity, confidence, or insight, results are not guaranteed.

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes during and after coaching. UX Work Bestie does not guarantee specific career, financial, or professional results.

Discovery Calls

Discovery calls are offered as a low-pressure conversation to explore your situation and determine whether coaching may be a good fit.

A discovery call is not a commitment to ongoing coaching, and either party may decide not to move forward.

Payments & Scheduling

• Paid coaching sessions or packages must be paid in full or according to the agreed payment plan before services begin.

• All scheduling is handled through our booking system.

• Missed sessions or late cancellations may not be refunded, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

Details for rescheduling or cancellation will be shared at the time of purchase or booking.

Refunds

Unless otherwise stated, coaching services are non-refundable once sessions have begun. If you have questions or concerns, you’re encouraged to reach out so we can discuss options.
